Princesses Welcome Party

Somebody is arriving, and that changes how you dress the hosts.

The premise is a welcome party for a Polynesian friend, which gives the styling a reference point most party games lack. You are dressing several princesses at once, and the question is whether they nod to the guest or stay in their own register. Both answers work. Matching all of them to her turns the evening into a costume theme, while ignoring her completely makes the party look like any other night.
