Halfway through, this stops being a dress up game and becomes a room.
Anna and Elsa have invited Rapunzel to a Disney themed party, so the first half is the outfit: a dress, or trousers or a skirt paired with a shirt or a tank top, then themed accessories and a hairstyle. The second half hands you her bedroom to redecorate, which is a different skill and the one people rush.
Pick the colour scheme during the outfit stage and carry it into the room. A wardrobe and a bedroom that share two colours look deliberate, where six colours look like a shop.
