Decorating comes first and it is the calm half. The second half has customers in it.

Capy splits this one into two clearly different jobs. You furnish and dress the stall while nobody is watching, choosing the counter and its trimmings, and then the queue starts and every customer arrives with a specific order: ginger in one, fruit pieces in another, a sharper and more sour mix in the third. Getting the drink wrong is the only real failure state in the game.

So it is not a sandbox. There is a right answer each round, which makes the decorating stage feel like the reward rather than the task. It plays on a phone, and nothing is saved between visits.
