Every customer asks for a specific cupcake and you tap out the ingredients to match, one layer at a time. A correct build scores, and the pace then increases, so the game gets harder the better you do rather than simply the longer you stay. That makes it an arcade score chase, not the decorating sandbox its category suggests.
