Barbie Party Diva hands you a rack of gala gowns and then, quietly, a way around them.

If none of the finished dresses work, you can build one instead by pairing a top with a full skirt. That option is easy to miss and it is the only real decision in the game, because a two piece you assembled will always read differently from a gown that arrived complete. Hair is chosen before the dress, the reverse of how most people would do it, so pick loosely and come back to it.
