Queen Bee Princess

Black and gold is one of the strongest palettes in the whole catalogue, and a bee princess is the excuse to use all of it.

The geometry helps too. Honeycomb is a hexagon, stripes are a rhythm, and both give you pattern that is structured rather than decorative, which is rare in a princess wardrobe. Lean on that structure and the design gets an architectural quality that the softer princess games cannot reach.

Wings are the risk. Big ones will dominate the whole picture, and the outfit underneath has to be strong enough to hold its own or it disappears. Decide the wings early rather than adding them at the end.
