The narrowness is the point. There is one silhouette, and everything you choose has to work with it, so the game is really about the decoration on the bodice and the accessories around it rather than about the shape. That is closer to how a real costume department works than a full open wardrobe would be.

It is a small game. Monster High Character Creator is the one to open if you want depth.
