Anna is the only character, and the game moves her through three stages that look nothing like each other.

Hygiene opens it: washing, a deep hair clean, and brushing teeth. The middle stage is the medical one, cleaning an ear piercing that has been neglected, using precision tools on a very small target. The last stage is styling, and the direction is specific rather than open: Y2K emo, with heavy accessories and a hairstyle to match, which is a narrower brief than these games usually set.
