A Flash-era creator that has outlived the plugin that made it, and one of the few games here that is genuinely a character builder rather than an outfit rail.
The conceit is fairytale figures enrolled at a high school, and the game asks you to pick a register for each: polished and upperclass, or sharp and full of sass. That single decision runs through the face, the hair and the wardrobe, so the same character can come out two completely different ways.
It is desktop only. The controls are dense and were built for a mouse, and on a phone they are a fight rather than a game. It is worth finding a laptop for.
How to play Fairy Tale High
Pick the register first, upperclass or sass. Everything after that reads against it. Face and hair before clothes. The wardrobe is deep enough that starting with an outfit paints you into a corner. Screenshot to keep it. Nothing saves.

Frequently asked questions
Why can I not play it on my phone?
It was built for a mouse and the controls are too small and too many for a touchscreen. We mark it desktop only rather than let you find that out the hard way.
How many characters are there?
Several, each with their own wardrobe, and the fairytale each one comes from shapes what is in it.
