Elf Dress Up
Elf Dress Up
Most elf dress up games hand you one doll. This one hands you three elves and ends by standing them side by side on the same forest floor, which is where it gets difficult: a gown that looked right alone belongs to a different wood once the other two are beside it.
Start at the ear. A short point keeps her near human, a long sweep sends her the other way, and everything after it reads differently.
Then the thing she carries, which decides more than the dress. A longbow and a quiver make her a hunter. A spellbook makes her something that does not hunt. A lantern makes her someone out at night, and the gown has to agree.
How to play Elf Dress Up
The ear, then the face
Every chapter opens on a mirror and closes on a wardrobe. The ear is the first choice and the one everything else has to live with, so try the long one against the hair before you settle.
Decide what she carries early
The weapon and the extras shelf are where the character comes from. Choose the bow or the book first and let the gown follow, rather than dressing her and hanging an object on the end of it.
The cloak eats the dress
A hooded cloak is the largest shape on the shelf and it covers most of what is under it. If you have picked a gown you like, try the cloaks that open at the front before the ones that close.
The last screen
Once all three are dressed the camera opens the group photograph. Drag them to rearrange, tap the cross over a head to take one out, tap her face below to put her back, and change the forest behind them until the three of them look like they come from the same one.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of elf dress up game is this?
Three elves rather than one, each with a mirror for the face and a wardrobe after it, and a group photograph at the end.
Can I change the shape of the ears?
Yes, and it is the first choice in every mirror. They run from a short point to a long sweep that carries past the hairline, and the earrings are drawn to fit whichever you choose.
What can she carry?
A barn owl, a lantern, a spellbook, a potion flask, a scroll or a goblet, and on the weapon shelf a curved sword, an axe, a rapier, a longbow, a quiver or a shield.
Do the three elves have to match?
Nothing stops you dressing them apart. The last screen is what makes the question worth asking, because it is the only view that shows all three at once.
Are the cloaks and gowns separate?
Separate shelves. The cloak has its own hood and lays its own shadow on the gown, so the two are chosen against each other rather than as one piece.
Can I save the picture?
Yes, from the last screen, with all three of them on the forest you chose.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser. The picture reframes itself to the screen and every piece goes on with a single tap.
Is it free?
Free, no account and no download.
