Liz caught her boyfriend Kevin kissing Angela, and her friends have decided the cure is a full rebuild.
The order it runs in is what makes it interesting. The facial comes first, then a hair treatment, then makeup, and only after all three do you reach the part that separates it from its shelf-mates: you design her new school uniform rather than picking one off a rail. Colour, pieces and trim are yours, which means the ending is a garment you made.
There is no score and nothing to save. Screenshot the final scene if you want to keep it, because the game finishes by walking the new Liz past Kevin and then stops.
