A dress that clashes with the flowers is a mistake you can actually make here, which is more than most wedding games allow. That connection between the scene and the wardrobe is what makes it worth the extra time.

Set the venue palette first and dress everybody to it. Doing it the other way round means changing the decorations, which is slower.
