Princesses Fantasy Makeup

Four princesses, and the makeup genuinely does come first.

Elsa, Tiana, Ariel and Moana are getting ready for a fantasy ball, and the layers run in a fixed sequence: colour and sparkle on the face, then a hairstyle, then a hair ornament, then the dress. That is backwards from how most people would do it, and it is why the results hang together better than in the usual dress up, since the face sets the palette and everything after it has to agree. Four girls means four full passes, so it is a longer sit than the thumbnail suggests.

If you want a shortcut, choose the hair ornament in your head before you start the makeup, then paint towards it.
