Ever After High Goth Princesses

Goth and fairytale share more than they appear to. Both are built on long lines, heavy fabric, ornament and a certain amount of drama, which is why the crossover works as well as it does.

The difference is the palette and the mood. Take a princess silhouette, drain the colour, add weight at the hem and something hard at the neck, and you have not made a different character so much as revealed one. The wardrobe here has enough of both worlds to move the dial in either direction.

Keep one recognisably fairytale element or the result stops being a crossover and becomes a straight goth outfit.
