Boho is a layering style, and the reason most attempts fail is that they stop at two layers and add jewellery instead.

The look depends on a stack: something long under something looser under something open, with texture changing at each level. Once that structure is there, the accessories finish it. Without it they are just decoration on a plain outfit, and the whole thing reads as costume shorthand rather than the real style.

Build the layers first and add nothing until the shape works. It takes longer and looks much better.
